YönetimTR was born on the front line, not behind a desk. As a software team working inside restaurants, cafés, and hotels, we saw the same thing again and again: business owners want to grow, but technology always gets in the way — too expensive, too complicated, or three separate systems from three separate companies that never talk to each other.
Where we come from
Our journey began in 2025 with ZeyPOS, the AI-powered operating system we built for restaurants and cafés. We spent hundreds of hours in the field; at the register, in the kitchen, at reception. One thing became clear: every industry has its own problems on the surface, but the root is the same — the owner spends their time on technology, not on the business.
While working with hoteliers, we built a booking engine. While working with corporate companies, we built a website engine. Then we stepped back and looked at what we had: not separate products, but a platform. In 2026, we gave that platform a name: YönetimTR.
What do we believe in?
- Software should work for the business — not the other way around. We handle everything from setup to training; you get back to running your business.
- It should work without knowing how to configure it. We design our systems so even the least tech-comfortable user can use them with ease; the intelligence stays in the background, while the screen stays simple.
- Your own domain, your own data. Like an owner, not a tenant: your website runs on your own address, your data belongs to you, and it stays isolated.
- AI is not decoration, it’s staff. The assistants in our products can reply to your customers at 02.00, translate your content into different languages — but they never make things up, and when they’re not sure, they hand it over to you.
- Local and accessible. We build in Türkiye; support is in Turkish, with real people, by phone and WhatsApp.
Where are we today?
Under the platform today, there are two live products: AsOtel, which manages hotels from a single dashboard, and AsSite, which gives businesses a panel-managed corporate website. The family is growing — the next vertical could be your industry.
